National Specialty Program in Public Health and Community Nutrition based at Deakin University in Australia. This is a very useful resource page for finding out about the Australian situation, as well as having references and (soon) a mailing list discussion for public health generally.

Prototype of Internet based course from this organisation which teaches nutrition for complementary health practitioners.

Monash University Medical School Nutrition course

Online student handbook for this course from the medical faculty. Apart from course requirements, there are some nutrition lecture notes and trial exam questions. The course is particularly strong on ethnic aspects of nutrition and on nutrition assessment, which reflects the strength of this particular medical school's nutrition expertise.

It deals in some depth with the application of computers and other new technology to the area of nutrition.
