Australian Food Law and policy
Excellent starting point for an overview on food law in Australia, as well as much detail on the legislation itself and the teaching of food law. The site includes links or primary material on: Federal and state food legislation, food hygeine, inspection, packaging and safety regulation, food pharmaceuticals, and labelling, legislation, information and web sites for important food law organisations (e.g. Australian and NZ Food Authority, Therapeutic Goods Administration etc.) A must see site for those interested in food law in Australia, it also has links to international food law sites.

Food Standards Australia New Zealand.
The regulatory advisory body that was formerly Australia New Zealand Food Authority (ANZFA), serves the two governments. There is also a NZ web site. The site has information on what it does and its internal structure, as well as a great deal of data on food standards in the two countries, including the food standards code. There is a nutrient panel calculator, material on food safety, a food safety newsletter and email update. See also the relevant authorising legislation, and the legislative provision for the inclusion of New Zealand in this organisation.

Food and Drug Law Institute (US)
