CSIRO Division of Food Science and Technology: Very useful list of Internet nutrition resources, with emphasis on food science. Although this is an Australian list, it has an international as well as Australian flavour.
Purdue University: food science resources: Good resource for lots of links in food science, including other departments.
Food Science universities:list: Shortish list of food science general and university web sites.
Arnold's food technology pages: Dutch guy with a reasonable list of links in food technology and food industry.
AGRICOLA: AGRICOLA is a gigantic agricultural data base from the USDA (with over 3 million data entries). It can also be accessed through agricola.com
Food Scientists on the Web: "An unoffical Internet directory to the personal homepages of food scientists. " At present (1/97) around 50 listings.

Australian Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology: Organisational information on this professional association for agricultural scientists.
Centre For Food Technology, Queensland Australia: Based in Queensland as an off-shoot of the Dpt Primary Industry, this web page procides information on the organisation and its services to food industry,such as food analysis, HACCP, sensory evaluation and food testing
German Federation of Food Law and Food Science: Bund für Lebensmittelrecht und Lebensmittelkunde (BLL): Food industry group from Germany. Their colourful web site has a good deal of information on food, food safety, research, some publications (although mainly ordering information more than the actual material), a newsletter and details of the organisation.
Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research: Organisational information and details about some collaborative projects.
CSIRO Division of Food Science and Technology: Offers nutrition resource list (very useful), consumer information sheets, information about the division, link to main CSIRO home page.

Global Agribusiness Information Network: Lots of information and links on agribusiness, food trade shows, market information etc.
Institute of Food Research (UK): A charitable company providing independant food and nutrition research for industry and government, based in Norwich England. Their program is currently based around programs in: food choice and intake,sensory perception, nutrient metabolism and health, gut microbiology and health, adverse reactions to food, plant secondary metabolites and health, molecular mechanisms and genetic variation in response to food, food safety and spoilage, gene technology for food quality,materials and ingredients, food structure and processing. Their web site has a list of published papers, some details of their program and some other organisational information (but nothing about the staff).
International Special Dietary Foods Industries: A WHO collaborating NGO whose aim is to "develop a common policy on minimum composition, utilization, labelling and marketing of foods for special dietary uses, including foods for infants and young children. Promote high ethical standards for marketing of all foods for special dietary uses." The web page has brief information only.
