Pick of the crop

Nutrition in Medicine
Project to produce interactive material on clinical nutrition for medical students, mainly through CD-ROM series. There are a variety of materials accessible on-line related to this course. They include the administrative elements (e.g. course requirements) as well as substantive content (slides , quizes, case studies etc). Worth a look.
Univ.of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center: Clinical Nutrition Course
An worthwhile effort by dietitian Stephen Clarke to make a clinical nutrition course come alive in an interactive web based package. It has several components, including `pocket-book' lab and other data, a slide show of lecture overheads on laboratory assessment (unfortunately no graphics, just words), case histories with problems to solve (and answers available) and other administrative and assigment matters related to the course. Very entertaining and an laudable project.

Nutrition and Weight Management Online Course by LearnWell
Interesting idea. Targetted at nurses and others, this is an on-line tutorial more than anything, which is offered for free on-line (or as part of a credit course from Griggs University or Cosumnes River College.) It utilises mainly links to other web sites for access to nutrition information, based around a question format. It is intended to take about 3 hours to work through. The set of links provided makes for an interesting albeit necesswarily very selective tour of nutrition on the Internet.
Uniformed Services University: Nutrition exam
Multi-choice exam in biochemistry on nutrition. Has an unusual frames option as an alternative.
Uni. of Vermont: underwater weighing tutorial
