  The German name is: Teilinstitut für Ernährungsökonomie und -soziologie. This university Institute concentrates on "nutrition behaviour and the effectiveness of consumer education programmes". The web site describes the faculty, research projects and publications. The material is mainly in German but there is some information in English.,

  Centre International de l'Enfance et de la Famille (Office of Childhood and the Family)

  A French organistation which states of itself (in French, as the website is in this language) :"a national and international center of expertise and reference on the questions of childhood and the family, in the fields medical and social." Has as a theme the sociology of nutrition. Web site is mainly descriptive, with a few links and some publications.

  Deakin Univ., Social Nutrition

  From an Austtalian university department which runs courses in the subject, this page has information on nutrition education and FAO, a short unannotated biiblography and brief explanation of what this discipline is, but not much more at present, although the home page promises greater contents in the future.
